These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ODMT website https://www.odmt.in and our digital marketing training services.
1. Enrollment & Payment
- Enrollment is confirmed only after full or partial payment of the course fee.
- Fees once paid are non-transferable to another individual.
- Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, or other approved payment gateways.
2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
We value our students and are transparent about our policies. Please read carefully before enrolling:
2.1 Refunds
- No Refund after Course Access/Commencement: Once course access (live classes, recordings, or study material) has been provided, no refunds will be issued after 7 days of enrollment under any circumstances.
- Before Course Start: If a student requests cancellation before the batch start date, a 80% refund of the fee paid will be issued. (Balance covers GST, administrative & seat-blocking costs).
- Technical Issues: If ODMT fails to deliver the course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., course cancellation), students will receive a 100% refund.
2.2 Disputes
- Payments made are final. Students are encouraged to clarify all course details before enrolling.
- Any dispute raised through bank/credit card chargeback without first contacting ODMT will be contested with proper evidence.
3. Course Access & Usage
- Students must use their own registered email ID and mobile number for access. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.
- Access to recordings, assignments, and resources is limited to the duration specified for each course.
- ODMT reserves the right to suspend access in case of policy violation.
4. Attendance & Participation
- Students are responsible for attending live sessions and completing assignments.
- ODMT is not liable for missed classes due to personal reasons (health, internet issues, etc.).
- Backup recordings may be provided at ODMT’s discretion.
5. Certification
- Certificates will be issued only upon successful completion of assignments, projects, and minimum attendance requirements.
- ODMT reserves the right to withhold certification if course guidelines are not followed.
6. Intellectual Property
- All course materials, videos, presentations, and resources are the intellectual property of ODMT.
- Students may not share, resell, or distribute ODMT content without written permission.
7. Code of Conduct
- Students are expected to maintain professional behavior during classes, discussions, and communication with trainers and peers.
- Misuse of the ODMT platform or violation of community guidelines can lead to termination of access without refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
- ODMT provides training for educational purposes only and does not guarantee job placement or specific financial outcomes. We will 100% Assist you in getting Job, but getting a job is completly depend on students Interview perofrmance.
- While we provide guidance on freelancing, business, and career growth, results depend on individual effort and external factors.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Indian Government and State Government of Telangana, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
